Certain things cannot be delegated to others: taking exams, eating sensibly, keeping fit and attending job interviews to name but a few.
Others can advise you but the activity itself is up to you. For interviews you need to approach them with confidence. Some of that confidence will come from the advice you take on board from your mentor and your mastermind group.
