Why build a mastermind group?
Most people are not highly self motivated. Most people relax into a complacent comfort zone. Most people don't have their own batteries - they need winding up occasionally!
I know this because this was me before I built my mastermind group. It all started many years ago with an Indian colleague called Bacchu when I worked in Denmark.
That was the start: now my mastermind group has around a dozen members, including my wife. Whenever I have a difficult issue to resolve it's reassuring to know that I can call on them for advice and guidance. #proteuscareermanagement #mastermindgroup #mentoring #coaching
