If you think you know it all, there is no incentive to learn. If you don't learn you won't grow. If you don't grow you won't be open to change. If you don't change you won't succeed and you may not even survive.

Of course if you don’t want to learn new things, it's not wrong, but you lay yourself open to elimination.

Not the most encouraging thing to hear for those who take their careers seriously.

If you refuse to learn you won't improve, you will gradually become irrelevant to your industry, you won't be promoted and one day your position may become redundant. It will be a hard and expensive lesson to learn. #lifelonglearning #proteuscareermanagement #personaldevelopment
