Amaya joins us as a solicitor working alongside Beth, Emma and Ann-Marie to help more of our clients with their employment law challenges.

 

Amaya has extensive experience in Employment Law, before joining Neate and Pugh she served as Group General Counsel for a leading supplier in the automotive industry, Head of Legal at a major civil engineering company, and worked at the Legal Services Commission.

 

Amaya has also undertaken significant pro bono work, reflecting her commitment to improving access to justice and supporting individuals and communities in need.
