How to Sort Workplace Bullying - Andrew Webb

' I work for a number of national counselling agencies (EAPs) as part of my private practice. These agencies contract with companies to provide counselling to their employees. The agencies then refer individuals to me(average number of sessions is 6). The presenting issues include work stress, bullying, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, and bereavement. Many clients are off sick at time of counselling and of these my estimate is that 70% return to work by the end of counselling. The agencies I currently work for include PPC, BUPA, First Assist, CIC and from next month Health Assured. I have done this work for some 10 years and more than anything it is the establishment of a personal relationship with the client, that is the foundation for a successful outcome' Regards Andrew

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor with 13 years experience and a supervisor of qualified and trainee counsellors.
