After 10 years of a relatively benign business environment I see too many businesses that have made money in spite of themselves. Now times have changed they need to tighten up and don\'\'t know how. Their reaction, rather than seeking solutions is to adopt the Ostrich Strategy, on the basis that if they can\'\'t see the problem it doesn\'\'t exist. Many businesses will fail because they don\'\'t act early enough while they have time and resources to effect the changes needed.
