It has been reported that Jennifer Lopez has opened up for the first time about her shock split from her husband, Marc Anthony. Lopez, 42, has confirmed the breakup left her devastated and she really wanted her 7 year marriage to last. It is understood that she has told Vanity Fair magazine that when her and Marc Anthony were first married, they were able to go everywhere together and that the first 3 years of the marriage was just for them as she wasn’t working. Then, when she became pregnant, she said it became about the children and then she started working again. J-Lo has described marriage as tough and that sometimes we don’t realise that we are compromising ourselves. Jennifer however remains positive for the future and is said to be looking forward to new challenges and feeling strong. Apparently she remains an eternal optimist about love, despite this being her third marriage breakdown. Will she get married for a fourth time? We will have to wait and see!
