REFINANCE OF GRADE 2 LISTED FLAT
The Deal:
The client in this deal approached us to refinance a converted, grade 2 listed flat. Some of the lenders that were approached took issue with the non standard building and unusual undertaking of security.
The Solution:
We managed to put a £73,000 loan in place with a lender who was comfortable with the security and its circumstances after consulting with the clients solicitors.

Buy to Let Purchase
The Deal: The client in this case approached us to purchase a property of timber construction with a brick and tile exterior. The clients were returning customers and had previously purchased and refinanced a number of properties.
The Solution: The client needed a loan of £46,750 which we managed to secure despite restricted lending due to the unusual property construction.
