I offer a personal, caring service in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you, which guides you through every step of the Will Writing process from preparation through to legal witnessing of the final Will.
I don't charge an hourly rate, consultation is free and any resulting plans are competitively priced.
Without a valid Will you should consider your position carefully:
If you are living as a couple but not officially married you may be treated as a single person and your surviving partner may get nothing.
If you are married don’t assume your spouse will get everything, other family members may have a claim.
If you are a parent you need to consider who will look after your children in the event of your death.
If you are a homeowner don’t risk losing your home to pay local authority fees should you need to go into care.
If you are retired maybe you made a Will a long time ago and it probably needs updating. Its good practice to review your Will periodically, (every 5-7 years).
Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death.
