Summary
Our licensed courses aim to educate all on mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace; and to reduce stigma. Learners gain skills, confidence and understanding - and practical tools to take away.
This is high quality, licensed training for workplaces and organisations. I am proud of my consistently high feedback and work hard to maintain this - providing enjoyable workshops and courses that make a difference. Bespoke workshops can also be discussed.
Mental Health and Wellbeing Licensed courses: Mental Health Aware, Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health Skills for Managers, MHFA Refresher (all created and licensed by Mental Health First Aid England).
Neurodiversity in the Workplace (CPD certified): Aware Webinar (1 hour); Champion Workshop (half day); Managers Workshop (full day).
