Dele is a technology consultant and entrepreneur with over four decades of experience at the intersection of enterprise software, finance systems, and business transformation.
He began his career as a PeopleSoft Financials consultant, serving as lead consultant on major implementations for global organizations including Disney, Manpower, and BUPA. He went on to co-found Countersoft and Ekso, two enterprise software companies whose products are used by organizations worldwide for work management, knowledge management, and agentic automation.
As Interim CTO at Electric Word plc, Dele oversaw the complex separation of five combined divisions into independent entities — every one of which went on to achieve a successful exit. He also serves as Business and Technical Adviser to Rami Cassis, founder and principal of Parabellum Investments, a global private equity firm.
