Summary

I am a motivated and dynamic training consultant that has had considerable experience in designing and delivering bespoke training courses along with coaching and first line management, specialising in behavioural and customer service skills. I am able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and I am comfortable working with a range of employees, from inductees through to director level.  I work well under pressure remaining patient with all learners at each stage of their development.
