First Class Professional Service on Planning Application & Appeal with positive outcome We engaged the services of MPD to assist us with a retrospective application for listed building consent regarding 'unauthorised alterations to a Grade 2 Listed Building'.
Our case was acomplicated matter and we encountered a number of challenges along the way. We received a first-class professional service from Mike Davies who showed a great knowledge of planning and listed building legislation and delivered an extremely professional application on our behalf. However, our application was refused by the Local Council and Mike immediately set about putting to together an Appeal to 'The Planning Inspectorate'. The Inspectorate overturned the Council's decision and we were both extremely pleased and relieved with the eventual successful result.
