Totum Financial Planning's Testimonial
Short-version: Joe and Gemma at Totum Financial Planning have been absolutely amazing and I am confident my investments are in good hands. I cannot wait to see what happens in the future!
Long-version: I reached out for a no-obligation consultation call with Joe as I wanted to start investing my money but had no clue where to begin and who to trust. There is so much information available online, but for someone without a financial background, it can be a very difficult landscape to navigate.
I felt like I understood more about investing after a 45 minute chat with Joe than I have ever learnt before from countless hours of Google-searching and YouTube videos. Joe provided an overview of the various investment opportunities out there and explained how Totum Financial Planning would be able to support me if I wanted to work with them. He was excellent at explaining and showed real-life examples which immediately helped me to feel more at ease with the risk-reward ratio associated with investing.
I decided that I was keen to see what support they could offer me to suit my personal situation, so we arranged another meeting the following week. Gemma, who has been my main point of communication sent me a questionnaire to complete which provided them with the information needed to set up a proposal for me. The turnaround on this was super speedy and I had my proposal within a few days which Joe explained in detail on another video call.
Obviously, this is a big investment (quite-literally) so he took the time to ensure I understood everything and I never felt worried to ask questions. I have been kept in the loop at every stage and I am excited to see what the future will bring for my portfolio. It is also worth noting that they are helping me to manage my pension too so I am confident that I will be set up for success in the future.
As mentioned earlier, Gemma has been my main point of communication and has been excellent. She always responds promptly and in a friendly manner and has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to my continued collaboration with her.
I honestly cannot recommend Totum Financial Planning enough. Even if you are unsure what it is you need/want, just book in for a consultation call and see what happens. You never know, it might just be the best decision you ever make!
