Kenny worked through my agency for a global bio-tech company that was a new carve-out operation.
His three key deliverables were -
> identify and deploy top talent from the three main global manufacturing sites (UK, US, AUS) to form the new transformation team in the UK
> be an HR business partner to this team but also be an integral part of the team in creating and implementing people plans for the change program across all sites
> build out complex IT Function from scratch (c65 perm heads in 18 months plus 30 / 40 contractors)
