Don't know where to start on finding a venue for your conference, meetings, training events, teambuilding, group accommodation - well that's where we come in. We belong to several bodies where we receive updates of venue refurbishments, changes in hotel ownership, which venues we would highly recommend. We act like a travel agent, we are not affiliated with a particular hotel group, we look at venues both across the UK and overseas and we don't charge for our venue finding services. Once we propose venues to you (usually 3), once you have had a site visit and are happy with a particular venue, we then contract between yourselves and the venue. We can then put you in touch with the venue so you can liaise directly with them or we can hold your hand by becoming involved with rooming lists, AV, dietary requirements etc.
