What We Do
We operate an end-to-end investment model:
Source below-market-value properties, often off-market
Manage all refurbishments and value-add works
Optimise the asset for either resale (flip) or long-term rental

While every deal is assessed individually, our projects typically target:

Net returns: ~15–25% per project
Timeframe: 6–12 months
Focus: Buying well below market value, adding value through refurbishment, and exiting into strong local demand
🔹 Buy-to-Let (BTL)
Net rental yields: typically 4–6%
Total return (income + capital growth): 7–10%+ p.a. over the medium to long term
Focus: Prime commuter locations with strong tenant demand and long-term capital appreciation
