Embedding leadership consistency and delivery discipline at scale
Context: A complex global transformation environment spanning technology, business and operations, requiring stronger governance, clearer prioritisation and more consistent delivery behaviours across a large, distributed population.
Challenge: The organisation needed to improve leadership alignment, strengthen governance and delivery oversight, and embed more structured execution practices across multiple teams, locations and stakeholder groups.
Role and contribution: Led enterprise-wide transformation and delivery governance across technology, business and operations. Established the enterprise transformation framework, creating the governance, prioritisation and delivery oversight needed to turn strategic intent into disciplined execution at scale. Directed operating model and delivery transformation across 2,100 FTE, scaled delivery practices across a large organisational footprint, and supported change adoption through a Change Champions network.
Outcomes: Delivered measurable post-implementation improvement, reducing time-to-market by 25% and improving delivery flow and stakeholder satisfaction. Grew the Change Champions network from 10 to 300+, helping to reinforce new behaviours and improve consistency across teams.
Strengthening governance, management practice and accountability in regulated environments
Context: A series of large-scale, regulated change portfolios requiring stronger governance, clearer reporting, greater accountability and more consistent management practice across financial crime, payments, regulatory change and public-sector governance environments.
Challenge: Programmes required tighter governance and assurance, better management controls, stronger reporting frameworks and improved alignment with regulatory or policy-led requirements.
Role and contribution: Led transformation and strategic change initiatives across major institutions, with responsibility for governance, risk, assurance and delivery reporting across portfolios exceeding £35m. Strengthened project and portfolio controls, stage governance and structured delivery disciplines, supported modernisation of PMO and reporting frameworks, and in parallel governance roles scrutinised financial performance, risk management, regulatory compliance and service accountability in a public-sector setting.
Outcomes: Improved governance discipline, strengthened visibility and control across change portfolios, and supported more consistent management practice in complex regulated environments. Public-sector governance experience also included scrutiny of service delivery, financial stewardship and accountability to diverse stakeholders.

Where Kiribexa Began
Kiribexa began with a simple but powerful belief: when people feel safe, supported, and respected, they thrive.
Our earliest work focused on physical wellbeing, designing weighted blankets using eco-friendly materials to support rest, calm, and sensory regulation, particularly for individuals with autism and ADHD.
The name Kiribexa, inspired by the idea of a kingdom, reflected a commitment to placing the individual at the centre.
