William B. Rose Ltd provide premium fixed fee Employment Law & HR Support Services to business throughout the UK.
For an annual fixed fee WBR will:
- Assign a dedicated Employment Lawyer (minimum of 5 years P.Q.E.) to your business for one point of contact and continuity of advice.
- Provide unlimited legal and HR advice and assistance 24 hours a day.
- Review, draft and update your employee handbook and contracts to reflect changes in the law.
- Prepare draft precedents so that they can be issued to employees.
- Draft any documentation you require, such as disciplinary invites, outcome letters or settlement agreements; all work undertaken is strictly original, and not based on generic templates.
- Defend Employment Tribunal Claims that are made against your business.
- Provide bespoke training seminars to improve knowledge and best practice within your business as part of an ongoing risk management strategy.
- Provide key personnel with regular legal updates so you are kept abreast of any significant changes in the law.
- (Optional) Take out legal expense insurance (LEI) on your behalf to cover your legal fees and any awards.
