Summary
Joe joined Loch Employment Law in 2013 initially as an Administration Apprentice and worked with us while he obtained a First Class law degree from Canterbury Christ Church University. After training to become a Barrister, he then became a trainee solicitor and in January 2021 he qualified. Joe has also become a Solicitor Advocate and is part of the employment law team representing clients in Employment Tribunals and Civil Court claims, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, unlawful deduction of wages, whistleblowing, contracts and handbooks. Joe is also experienced in providing debt recovery support for businesses.
Joe has the following qualifications: LPC Distinction; LLM BPTC (called to Bar in November 2018); and LLB (Hons), First Class.
