Of their E-Commerce setup – to date I have worked with 2 clients:- The Conran Shop – Complete review of current E-Commerce setup, improved sales by 66% YOY in the 4 months of contract, managed initial site redesign project, reactivated Affiliate program and introduced 2 new channels to the recruitment model
- The Fragrance Shop – Review of E-Commerce team, identify areas for improvement to drive additional 7 mill in FY18 growth, recommended 3 key strategic changes to help drive this – change affiliate partner, implement attribution model, overhaul CRM database quality and introduce a website development roadmap
