I have experience in implementing strategic digitalisation projects with big companies such as E.ON UK and Total as part of Business Improvement programmes. These projects have had significant impact on the businesses by optimising their operations and improving their value proposition.

In Russell IPM, I'm currently managing a high-impact digitisation project aiming to transform the current operations system from paper-based to a digital one. Through the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning software, I'm working on improving the business processes by reducing over-processing, formalising the Standard Operating Procedures, reducing the average products' costs, increasing the profit margin and changing the company's culture to a Data-based decision making one.

Within the HSSE department in E.ON UK, I have worked on the Proactive development of systems tools to support Resource Management in keeping with the function. Additionally, I have implemented Dashboards and strategic KPIs for the monitoring of the resources' utilisation and availability. For sustainability purpose, training and coaching have also been given to people in using the new tool, supporting behavioural shift.

As a Risk analyst within the HSSE department, I have worked with my team to develop the PRISMA Risk Module (a platform for Risk Management) by establishing the User specifications based on ISO31000 and a Risk Management Framework across the business. In parallel, I have also facilitated Risk Management dessions, in which I developed Bowties following the LOPA methodology, HAZOPs and ALARP demonstrations.
As part of my professional developement plan, I have worked with the PMO team to develop a Project Management tool that helps the Project Managers define their projects' objectives, activities and deliverables. Consequently, this allowed the PMs to efficiently scope and monitor their projects' progress.
