Summary
I have worked within the IT sector since 2015. I began as a regression tester/developer and have progressed my knowledge constantly since then. In 2017, I became the general manager of IT in a rapidly growing firm which exposed me first-hand to demand for development, (both on internal systems and for business processes,) managing the expectations and needs of a five-office-strong company and networking infrastructure to support its needs. I have assisted in various ISO audits and have implemented new processes and systems which are complaint with the General Data Protections Regulations. I am currently studying for my Further ITIL qualifications.
In 2017, I started Void Solutions Limited, in order for me to pass on my knowledge of the core values for any business, and for the assistance of any IT needs. Void Solutions is still in its infancy, and we are currently focusing on the growth and development of our staff and working environment. We look forward to the opportunity to speak to you.
