We specialise in apprenticeships for staff working in office based and customer service roles, paralegal, accountancy, management and team leading. We are the leading provider of apprenticeships to the legal sector.
Our job is to help businesses to grow - using our skills to help them find and develop new talent and also to develop the talent of existing staff. Before acquiring Damar in 2006 I worked as a solicitor in Manchester, specialising in corporate work (with Garretts/Andersen Legal). I also spent 6 years in an in-house corporate finance/management role at Halifax-based Gartland Whalley and Barker. I have wide-ranging management, board and transactional experience and have helped grow Damar by over 700% since 2006.
