I have been employed by TemplePM to focus mainly on recruiting financial positions for the property management sector due to my background work in finance for the Banking sector.
August 2013 - April 2015
I was previously employed as a Banking Consultant for Halifax which is part of Lloyds Banking Group. Whilst working at Halifax, I was promoted twice over less than a two year period to a Banking Consultant. As a banking consultant I was involved with opening of new accounts. This included Credit Cards, Current Accounts, Saving Accounts, Personal Loans and Home Insurance. This allowed me to liaise with customers, allowing me to understand their needs so that I could use my expertise to show what various options were available to them, ultimately letting them make their own choice using the information provided. In order to be a successful Banking Consultant I was required to complete the RBCB Certificate which is a government ran qualification. This helped me to be competent and compliant in my role following set procedures. Being at the Halifax allowed me to build on people management skills as well as building rapport with customers.
September 2009 - June 2013
Prior to working at Halifax I was doing various part time roles (in order to keep up a hard-working ethos) whilst studying a BA (Hons) Economics for Business course at Leeds Beckett University. I achieved an Upper Second Class Degree (2:1).
