Summary
As Relationship Director for the North West at Somo, a specialist short-term property lender, I am responsible for developing and managing relationships with professional property investors, developers, brokers and other key introducers across the region. My role focuses on building a strong network of trusted relationships, identifying new lending opportunities and delivering tailored short-term finance solutions to support clients’ property investment and development goals. I work closely with brokers and borrowers to understand their requirements, facilitate funding opportunities and deliver a responsive, relationship-led service. Through proactive business development, market knowledge and a strong focus on client relationships, I aim to drive sustainable lending growth and strengthen Somo’s presence across the North West.
