Summary
I am a supply chain expert with extensive experience at director and senior corporate officer level in both FMCG and B2B sectors. I have just retired from Shell and am now looking for new opportunities, in either permanent or contract roles.
I have an extensive record of success covering domestic and international business environments, and across procurement, multi-site manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and in customer service. My career has been spent working for multinational corporations with global reach in the personal care, home care and oil industries. I have been responsible for driving operational delivery and transformational change in very different environments throughout my career, and have led global and multi-cultural teams across the extended supply chain to consistently deliver exceptional results. I have personally worked in a number of countries and in many different cultures.
In my most recent roles at Shell, as head of Excellence and Competitiveness for the Lubricants Supply Chain, I have been leading the internal consultancy team that has had the responsibility to enable Shell (the global market leader) to beat the competition by driving operational excellence and innovative supply chain solutions globally. In a time of severe financial uncertainty, this required sustained focus on the definition and delivery of top quartile performance, and leading business partners to identify and drive integrated enterprise value.
