Steph is a widely-experienced business leader and coach. She has worked for medium and large organisations for over 30 years, holding many roles during that time, the majority at senior management level leading large departments & teams.
Steph’s career has been heavily portfolio styled, moving around organisations to utilise her many skills in the best way possible. This has led to a vast breadth of experience including Retail, Property, Construction, Facilities Management, Project & Programme Management, Business Planning, Transformation & Change, Business Development, Location Planning, Supply Chain, Risk and Operations.
Throughout her career, Steph has used her inspirational leadership skills to grow and develop individuals and teams, making a real difference to the people that she has worked with using her high levels of empathy & patience countered by a passion to always improve so that results are met, and targets exceeded.
Steph’s ability to identify talent is renowned, using her highly tuned intuition to recognise potential, having repeatedly demonstrated the development of high-performing individuals & teams reporting to her.
Steph is equally passionate about her personal responsibility for learning & reflection, constantly improving her knowledge and understanding, learning new skills, and adapting to new roles and business areas through further education & study.
Steph is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Directors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Statistics (1st Hons) from the Open University.
Steph lives in Manchester UK, and works extensively throughout the United Kingdom, and is available for international work, particularly in the USA where she has a base in Ohio.
