Summary
I developed the concept of Stressonhold to address a key issue within the workplace, addressing the individual consequences of the constant drive we have to deliver more in terms of performance, often with less in terms of resource. I have spent 25 years within the contact centre industry seeing the results of good (and bad) customer communication strategies at first hand and am now able to combine this experience with my stress management expertise to provide a level of support to my customers that draws equally on both disciplines which I believe is unique.

Interests and Hobbies
For relaxation I love activity, this can be working on DIY projects, playing sport (squash & golf), watching sport (Manchester United) or generally walking our two dogs for endless miles. Not a great fan of rain so when raining will spend time indoors learning Spanish or developing my fledgling web skills.
