I have over 14 years experience within the pensions industry and have an in-depth knowledge of corporate pension legislation alongside a high level of knowledge in respect of personal retirement planning, pension transfers and drawdown solutions.
In my current role I am responsible for developing and delivering employee education seminars to businesses that wish to provide their employees access to pension based financial education, therefore giving employees the tools to put retirement planning strategies in place.
I have over 5 years experience as an Implementation Manager designing auto enrolment pension solutions across all sectors of UK business, working with both national and international clients ensuring their business is compliant with the current legislation and the designed solution meets their individual needs.
I am a keen advocate of continuous improvement programs within organisations and also self-development on a personal level.
