I can't speak highly enough of Elaine. Not only is her advice outstanding, but she absolutely 100% has her clients best interests at heart. Having already decided to use Elaine's services to employ one apprentice, my son and I have also had a 2 hour meeting with Elaine, with a view to him coming to work for me as a higher apprentice. The understanding, support, advice and action in organising everything were second to none, and I can't thank Elaine enough. It was only after everything was arranged that I discovered Elaine will not make any money whatsoever out of arranging my son's apprenticeship. This is because the training provider she advised us to go with, as this was the best provider for us, will not pay Elaine a fee. This is a fine example of how Elaine's honesty, integrity and reluctance to transgress her values, is at the forefront of everything she does. Thank you so very much for all your help. I don't know what we would have done without you, and I'll never forget it. I highly recommend Elaine to anyone who wants to employ an apprentice!
