As a solo business owner, I felt pretty overwhelmed by all the tasks I had to manage to run my business. One of which was managing my inbox. This was a massive time suck for me as I'd get distracted, go off on tangents and just generally lose precious hours on pointless activities. I also had a client that required campaign data to be entered into a spreadsheet and sent over to them regularly, which I really didn't love doing, and again, it wasn't the best use of my time.

I was feeling totally overwhelmed with the amount of admin I was having to do with my business, it was a daily task of replying to messages, social media, Emails, updating our booking system and creating/editing payments the list goes on. I simply couldn’t continue with the workload as well as the day to day running/ coaching at the club.
